Booking

Please note that you will be required to give a credit card number to confirm your reservation.

To get the most of your experience at the Agua & Luz Spa, please make sure to arrive on time. Any delay will shorten the allowed time for your treatment.

Agua & Luz Spa provides bathrobes and slippers. You will be required to wear a bathing suit during the treatments. (changing rooms inside the spa)

Admission

The minimum age to enter the spa is 14. Customers under 18 may get massages provided they have given a written authorization to the reception desk of the hotel.

For everybody’s comfort and health, customers with external injuries, plasters or bandages will not be allowed in.

Regulations

Please bring the required information to the reception desk prior to your appointment. These details will remain confidential and for internal use only.

For your own safety and comfort, please respect the following recommendations:

Floors are often wet inside the spa. Please walk carefully to avoid slipping.
Do not run inside the spa; do not jump into the pool.
Please keep the spa a quiet, restful and comfortable place.

Liabilities

The Agua & Luz Spa cannot be held responsible for any incident if the above rules have not been respected or if the facilities have been improperly used. Thus any injury due to slipping remains under the customer’s responsibility.

Not following the rules will immediately entail cancelling admission.
